Students enrolled at Gold Star are given access to an online portal that provides eLearning and resources to prepare them for the underpinning knowledge expectations of the industry and course. This portal is available across any device making it easy for students to stay connected and learn at times that suit them.

Training and assessment extends into the workplace, with Gold Star facilitators making regular, scheduled visits to each student. Working with child care centres and industry experts out team will broaden your skills and knowledge in alignment with the expectations of your workplace and the child care industry.

Gold Star leads training and assessment with an attitude of care and respect. All students are treated as individuals with support and delivery tailored to meet their needs.

Learning in your workplace ensures that you have a familiar and comfortable environment which will foster confidence. All the resources you use on a regular basis will be brought into the course as useful tools to develop your skills.

Graduates are set for success. With the course being run from the workplace as a classroom, using familiar everyday resources there is no transition from training to employment.
