After reading through and using the Pre-Enrolment Information Pack please fill out the below information. One of our Trainers will be in touch to complete your enrolment.
Further documents may be required at your initial meeting, including your Working with Children Card. This will be confirmed by your Trainer when they contact you.
You must nominate a registered service to support you with your training, even if you are unemployed and volunteering to complete your required hours.
